downtown_toronto_from_cn_tower1As you can understand, this blog is all about real estate. In each article we will discuss different areas, buildings, apartments and sometimes prices. And we will start our description with the Downtown area in Toronto and mainly downtown toronto condos.

The choice of condos is really wide in the area. Let us have a look at district lofts in Richmond street. As we all know, this neighborhood is a cool one and really vibrant. Queen Street West is really close, which means a lot of entertainment. Clubs, restaurants, clothing stores… Everything makes these apartments really hot! The building we are describing consists of 2 towers and the total of units is 106. The street level is occupied by a shop (retail shop) and next two levels - by parking. Windows here are large and exposed concrete mainly, which creates a Bauhaus style.

Let us move on and talk about 28 story empire plaza on University Avenue. It is enough to say that nobody will ever have more downtown than Empire Plaza. Facade is made of red granite and dark blue glass. It is a sort of Toronto landmark. The building is really special. Acoustic designers worked on it to ensure that residents won’t be distracted and insulated from exterior and interior noise. If you are an entrepreneur or an executive you should know that the financial district is seconds away. There is an exercise room, roof garden and a party room. The view from the garden is gorgeous.

Downtown condominiums in Toronto are very attractive for investment. Keep on reading our articles to know more information about buildings!
